FEES
We undertake work on a private paying arrangement. We understand that the cost of legal action can feel uncertain and unnerving which is why we are clear and unambiguous with our fees from the outset.
In accordance with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) regulations, we are pleased to publish our pricing in relation to the areas listed below.
For clients paying privately, the hourly rates depend on the date of enrollment of the caseworker. The current hourly rates exclusive of VAT are set out below:
Partners/Solicitors with over 8 years’ experience): £267.00
Partners/Solicitors with over 4 years’ experience:
£229.00
Other Solicitors:
£165.00
We also offer one-off fixed/agreed fees for advice and assistance in some matters. The costs will be agreed before we commence work.
Employment Law Pricing
Our pricing for bringing and defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal.
Simple case:
£3,000 to £8,000 (excluding VAT)
Medium complexity case:
£6,000 to £12,000
(excluding VAT)
High complexity case:
£10,000 to £15,000
(excluding VAT)
We also offer no win no fees for individual claimants.
Disbursements
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as a barrister’s fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
Immigration pricing
Immigration Appeals and Judicial Reviews
Our fees will typically range from £1,500 to £2,500.
Our fees exclude VAT and disbursements relating to government application fees, immigration health surcharge fees, experts’ fees, translation fees, courier fees, etc. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of the possible disbursements.
